If, for any reason, you do not receive your package, we will cover the cost of reshipment after verification.
Shipping Responsibilities

- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities.
- To help reduce potential import charges, all parcels are declared as low-value “gifts.”
- All products are shipped directly from our Hong Kong fulfillment warehouse.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking information may take up to 3–5 business days to appear on the carrier’s website.
- In certain countries, shipments may experience delays due to customs inspection or clearance procedures.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping and Paid Fast Shipping options are available.
- Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method, in accordance with international shipping zones.
Processing & Delivery Time

- Fast / Express Shipping: 6–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days
